2.2.Project Implementation Stages

2.2.1Plant Layout Definition

The final technological equipment layout shall be approved at the purchase order confirmation and signed by the customer. Thereafter, it shall be reviewed or modified only upon approval signed by both parties.

2.2.2. Work Sheet

Immediately after the layout approval the worksheet will be settled, to record the design, production, delivery and assembly terms, and the start-up of every component of the plant.

2.2.3. Civil Works (Foundations) Design

Our civil works (foundations) design will be released after the general layout approval. The following design will include reinforced concrete calculations, as well as the specifications of steel inserts to be embedded in the foundation. During the civil works the customer can request our supervision of work in progress.

2.2.4. Metal works design and other project documents

Later we shall release to the Customer all the other design for the steel constructions to be produced in-site at the Customer's expense, and other project documentation package.

2.2.5. Construction of Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant Components

The suggested plant has been estimated and provided with characteristics of a standard Hot Dip galvanizing plant and according to the Customer's data from his technical enquiry.

Most components supplied by us will be delivered already assembled, as far as it is technically possible. The others, by weight or size, will be delivered dismantled and assembled in site.

In the components' selection, we will choose among those brands that ensure the best quality and the best service of local assistance. As far as it is possible, we will make use of components produced according to international standards to allow easy replacements and changeability with other brands.
